Rules & Regulations

Don't drink, go to meetings, and call your sponsor!

  1. No alcoholic beverages or narcotics of any kind whatsoever, PERIOD! Staff must be made aware of all medications taken by tenants immediately.
  2. Tenants are required to attend five (5) meetings per week. See meeting schedule.
  3. Violence, either verbal or physical, is prohibited.
  4. Profane or indecent language will not be tolerated.
  5. Possession of obscene literature or material is not allowed on the premises.
  6. All apartments must be kept clean at all times; for assurance, all apartments are inspected for cleanliness on a regular basis, and are also subject to random checks.
  7. All tenants must help keep property clean and help out when asked.
  8. All tenants are prohibited to act in any manner, which disturbs roommates or neighbors within or outside of the community.
  9. Curfew hours are 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  10. Tenants are not to visit other tenants' apartment after curfew hours.
  11. All tenants are responsible for adhering to pool rules, which include the following: No horseplay; No diving; No glass; No running; Visitors must be attended by tenant; Children must be supervised at all times by parent.
  12. When leaving the apartment turn off televisions, radios, air conditioner, and any personal electrical devices when not in use, or when last person leaves.
  13. Visiting between male and female tenants of Foundations is prohibited unless attending open meetings or functions. Otherwise as approved by staff only.
  14. Outside visitors are not permitted to visit inside any apartment for any reason.
  15. Dishonoring any of these or said (verbal) rules or regulations may result in consequences that are intended to help you in your recovery.
  16. Rent is paid in advance: Rent is to be paid on Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. No exceptions without prior approval.
  17. In order to receive a refund of deposit, it is required to be a resident for a minimum of 30 days, and give a seven (7) day advance notice on Friday.
  18. Be advised! Any personal property abandoned by a resident after ten (10) days will be dispersed as Foundations sees fit.
  19. Anyone asked to leave for any infraction of these rules or regulations will forfeit deposit paid.
