Client's Bill of Rights

Foundations respects the rights of the client recognizing that each client is an individual with unique needs. The following rights are protected and exercised.

 

 

Respect and Dignity The client has the right to be treated with courtesy and respect, with appreciation of their individual dignity.

 

Rules and Regulations The client has the right to be informed of the rules and regulations applicable to their conduct as a client. A client is entitled to information regarding Foundations mechanism for initiation, review and resolution of client complaints.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality A client has the right, within the limits of the law, to personal privacy and confidentiality of information.

 

Communication A client has the right of access to people outside the facility by means of verbal and written communication.
